Recovery program helps former substance abusers

On Wednesday, February 18, 2004, in the Great Hall of the State House in Boston, Massachusetts, a program called Boston Consortium Services with Families in Recovery was held. The program was attended by many substance abuse residential recovery program residents and staff from the state of Massachusetts, along with supporters for recovery treatment programs.
