"Learn the language, travel the land, live the life," boasts one brochure from the Dean of Studies office. Another entices, "Semester at Sea is much more than another semester at school; it is a life-altering adventure." Such booklets await students interested in studying abroad and are only a couple of the many that advertise exciting semesters in a multitude of locations.

"When in doubt, leave it out!" This is the slogan the Environmental Club wants students to keep in mind when using the recycling bins within their residence halls. Starting last week, the Building and Grounds Department returned 11 recycling bins to various residence halls on campus.

As some Assumption students just managed to open their eyes for the first time and roll out of bed in search of the ultimate Saturday morning breakfast of either last night's leftovers or Dunks, others jumped in cars and headed for an afternoon of fresh air and volunteering.

Merriam- Webster also defines Hip-Hop: a subculture especially of inner-city youths whose amusements include rap music, graffiti, and break dancing.
