This month the Reach Out Center has a one shot April 17-19 called, Rebuilding Together Worcester. Volunteers choose at least one day of the weekend to work for six hours at a site. There are two shifts per day, and a free, delicious lunch is given to every volunteer, along with a free t-shirt. Volunteers from around the Worcester consortium will meet at a starting point and then break off into a few different sites. These sites could be a shelter, a Catholic Worker House or a public building of some kind that needs repairing or restoring. This is a great way to meet other students from other colleges while working together to give our community a facelift. You can find an application in the Reach Out Center located in the back of Charlie's.
